This is my first review of the year.
New Year's Day is here, the most lively time of the year in our house 😊.
With the kids back home, the house in a state of flux, and the bliss of all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat food and drinks provided, I finally settled down to write this review 😃.
First sake of the year was Tasake's Microbubble Nama 🫧 Sparkling 🥂 Cheers!
The taste is pleasant with sharp acidity and moderate sweetness reminiscent of grapefruit, and the refreshing shwashiness makes it a superb sake to gulp down 😍.
The entrée was delicious with the osechi dish 😋.
