After running all my errands in the morning, I decided to open up a few of the drinks I couldn't have over the weekend.
The immorality of weekday afternoon only... 😆
First, let's start with Eiko Fuji's ALCHEMIST!
When we opened the bottle, the aroma was sweet and fresh.
The aroma is just as sweet as fresh peaches and melons.
The lingering aftertaste is gentle, and I think it is a very beautiful sake, including the bitterness that lingers just a little bit afterwards.
Of course, I bought the label.
