Because it's delicious even if you think it's delicious 😋.
I feel like it's somewhat similar in lineage to Sandoni Nozou brew, but the difference is the sharp acidity and the wooden vat feeling in the middle.
It's funny to compare them, but both are delicious.
It's like Kamehameha and Vegeta colliding and offsetting each other with a Gallic cannon.
But as it warms up and the sweetness comes out, Mom drinks the Yonotori and says, "Oh, it's still delicious. ❤️"
Yonotori is great for a lazy night of drinking with Mom while watching TV ❤️
The aroma of Yonotori is so pleasant when you pass it around in the tasting glass that it makes your nose happy 😌.
The aroma alone is enough to get me through several glasses❤️
