Fresh aroma like watermelon, firm acidity. It is hard to match with Japanese food. However, after a few days of drinking, the aroma becomes sweeter and the acidity lessens, and it becomes smooth and easy to drink, which I like very much. It goes well with chirashi-sushi and pickles.
