Second drink. This is the first brand I have ever had, Nozomu.
It has a subtle sweetness and lightness with a refreshing aftertaste.
It is also a good food sake 👏👏.
I heard there are two types of special junmai Miyamanishiki, one is unfiltered raw sake and the other is hi-kinori.
I didn't look that closely 😅
