The "Minshuku Toono" has been making doburoku for 20 years even though it is a guest house.
Doburoku is a dry, sweet, and refreshing drink with a rich, creamy flavor.
The dry taste made me think that it would be a bit dry and squashy in the mouth, but it was smoother than I expected. The fact that it is not very sweet was also unexpected.
I have been interested in it for a long time, but I didn't realize I could drink it here 😊.
