I sent this one to my grandfather for his birthday. I was able to have a sip too.
I thought it would be quite sour in the mouth, but soon the sweetness and flavor came out. This is delicious!
According to the description, it's a blend of three types of sake rice: Kamenoo, Yamadanishiki, and Omachi.
