It is slightly effervescent and full of aromas in the mouth. The sweetness is gentle and delicate on the tongue, and the liquid slips into the back of the throat with a sharp cutting taste, carrying the nuance of alcohol. It has a pleasant aftertaste with a hint of bitterness that lingers in the nostrils.
Although it is called "super dry", it has a harmonious balance that is not flimsy, yet it also has tactile stimulation to delight.
I was put off by the name "dry", but it is still Dai-Shinshu. I have to admire the harmonious taste.
