I looked all over Gunma and neighboring prefectures, including sake breweries, for Indigo, but I couldn't find it.
The sourness comes first, followed by spiciness. I think it's only in the last few years that I started drinking Evoke, even though I'm from my hometown in Gumma. It is also good as a food wine.
