It has a refreshing freshness and elegant ginjo aroma unique to new sake, and a pleasant sweetness that is smooth on the palate and slightly conveys to the tongue, creating a clear and gentle taste that brings out the best of Akita Sake Komachi and does not tire of drinking.
It is not a unique or showy sake, but a sake that can be enjoyed slowly and carefully for its high quality as a sake.
It has a refreshing aroma and mild flavor brewed by Kameyama yeast.
