ララの酒The umami and sweetness of Yamada-Nishiki are a bit reserved, but the taste is much more intense. It may resemble a deep, beautiful sake from western Japan. It is light and refreshing without a sense of sugariness. The acidity comes afterwards. It is a very good wine.
