Aroma: Aroma of apples. The mouthfeel is a bit thick, and you can taste the sweetness of wasanbon and the umami of rice, but there is no persistence in the aftertaste.

I thought it was an elegant jun-dai, but also wondered if it was not a sake to be drunk in a hurry with a paper cup in a crowded place in bad weather.
