The fourth drink at Ketobashiya Champion is Toyo Bijin ✨This sake is a collaboration with Imanaka Sake Brewery in Ikeda City, Osaka ✨I stands for Imanaka and S stands for Sumikawa Brewery.
As the party nears its end, we are treated to barbecued horse meat. The parts are (binta, lamb dago, chouchin, kurashita, and special rose) I don't know which part anymore 😓.
The aroma is apple, the sweetness is apple-like, the acidity is mild, but the bitterness lingers, so it's refreshing 😍I had the impression that Toyo Bijin is still good ✨.
