It's been matured for about 3 years, so the color is amber!
It was served at room temperature.
It is based on the strong sweetness of the noble sake making, and there is a thick sweetness like a caramel because of the aging.
And the sourness is amazing!
This mixture of sweetness and sourness is intense.
This mixture of sweetness and acidity is intense.
I had it with Mont Blanc which has more astringent skin.
The heavy sweetness of the Mont Blanc suppressed the sourness of the afs, and the flavor of the afs came to the fore.
It's quite an intense cup!
