[Kudokiri, Jr.'s Himitsu]
This sake is brewed by Kamenoi Sake Brewery in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. I've never had Yondanjikomi except for Sesshomune. The taste is young.
The mouthfeel is young. The ginjo aroma is like a pear. But as the aftertaste increases, the sweet and sour taste increases. But the aftertaste is refreshing. It is very delicious from the first glass! Ryo
