This morning was very hot and humid in Shanghai. I went to the supermarket near Jing'an Temple and saw this summer sake on promotion. I had to buy it! First time drinking summer sake.
Moderate aroma of ripe bananas. First impression is dry. Mouthfeel is very velvety and milky. Refreshing summer sake but I can feel there is some depth into it. Not much acidity and very yogurty. Aftertaste lingers for some time.
