The color is light silver with lots of lees floating on it. The color is beautiful, like snow!
The aroma is soft, full and sweet with a firm rice flavor. The nose is full and sweet with a hint of mint and nuts, centered around the rice and fruity sweetness. Complex and delicious!
The palate is piquant, fresh, and energetic. From the beginning, there is a fruity sweet acidity of banana & mango, and the delicious taste of rice. After that, the umami sweetness spreads and the umami flavor continues to grow.
What is this? It is so delicious!
The umami is quite strong. But it also has a fruity, gentle sweetness and acidity, so it is not a classic. The aroma is minty and sweet. Aftertaste sweet and bitter. Strength, gentleness, and fresh coolness all coexist, and it was a very enjoyable sake.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the Pejite girl who exchanged clothes with Nausicaa in "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind". She is a beautiful girl with a little bit of a dangling look and a strong will.
