It was hand-delivered at room temperature, even though it required refrigeration!
That's right, if you don't like sake, you don't care if it needs to be cooled or not!
It's a high-end sake that costs more than four times as much as the sake I usually buy, so I received it with a smile on my face!
The umami and acidity came in a rush, but the acidity quickly receded and the umami lingered on!
I was surprised that such a sake exists! Amazing sake!
Next time, I would like to try one that has been properly refrigerated!
The price is high and the number of bottles seems to be limited, so I am not sure if I can get it, but I would like to have a second chance!
