Next was Houou Mita Hatsushibori😚 which was recommended to us.
Compared to other Hououmida wines I've had, this one was very easy to drink!
Fruity, sweet and delicious, but fresh and light with no heaviness and a lingering aftertaste!
The new sake is delicious!
