Satomi
When opened and poured into a glass, it has a great schwashy ministry ministry aroma, low-polished rice sake, and lactic acid aroma (like Tsuchida Sake Brewery or Katori). The strong carbonated ‼︎ ministry is not very sweet, and the acidity in the aftertaste is amazing. Feels like lemon squash. Very unique ministry, interesting, I like it.
