On my way to the hospital, I stopped by a major liquor store to see if they had anything for me. I stopped by a major liquor store I bought a bottle of Mimuro Cedar, which I hadn't seen in a while. The sound when the bottle is opened is quite nice at mf. The top-tasting aroma is not flashy, but melon. There is also a slight twangy aroma. In the mouth, there is a strong sweetness and a deep acidity. And a little bit of chili. I don't feel the wood vat so much. Maybe the water is characteristic. It has a strong taste but the mouthfeel is clear. But there is a sense of transparency on the palate. And yet the sweetness lingers for a long time. I drank it smoothly because of the low alcohol content 😆.
