I passed the 3rd level of the Japanese Sake Proficiency Test 💮.
One day at some station, I missed drinking this Seikagami Junmai-shu from Nakao Shuzo.
It is a junmai sake, so the aroma is not so strong. It may be a little dry. It is not the type of sake that can be drank quickly, but it is not hard to drink.
