No, it is a stable taste. Momoten is probably my favorite of all the Tenmei. For various reasons, there was no Yukiten this season, but I am satisfied with this sake this year.
The fruity, shwashiness, and just the right amount of sweetness keeps the sake flowing.
The good thing about Amami is that the acidity does not disappear even after the second day, and the continued flavor is also highly appreciated.
This is my second bottle, so I won't go into details, but it was a very tasty sake.
