Suzukagawa Junmai Hiyoroshi (Hiyoshi)
This is another brand of sake from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, famous for its "Saku" brand. The label is fashionable, using a pattern of Isekatagami, a traditional industry of Suzuka 😊.
The taste has the same freshness and clarity as Saku. It is very tasty with a mellow, mellow flavor that is typical of hiyaoroshi. Compared to the Saku hiyaoroshi, this one is a bit drier.
