100% Gohyakumangoku, Polishing ratio 50% Koji rice, 55% Kake rice, 15% ALC
A limited brew from Asahi Shuzo. The label says it is fresh when chilled, soft at room temperature, and mellow when heated.
When served cold, it was slightly dry and had a slightly distinctive aroma. The taste was not light, but it was not mellow.
I drank it at room temperature and heated without trying it.
