The brewery is said to have been created with meticulous calculations by the brothers, who are both pharmacists and immunology researchers and are both serious science majors. They took a lot of data and calculated that it would reach its peak at the moment of drinking. I had it at room temperature, and it had no peculiar taste. I guess you could say it has few characteristics. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change as more data is collected.
