A dish from last year.
I don't have a vivid memory of the aroma and taste...
It is a gorgeous sake in the Isshuikusuisei range, but not so showy as to make you think of Christmas, and genuinely good.
It's not too much, but still light and pleasantly sweet, so you can drink it with various meals at Christmas.
An alternative to champagne.
