The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees for an unpasteurized sake, and you can feel the pungency, but the sweetness and umami are stronger than that, and it makes you think you are drinking a good sake! It was one that made me think that I was drinking good sake!
It's perfect as a sake-within-a-sake!
If you're a strong drinker, you'll probably consume more and more of it.
I thought it was a purely delicious sake.
Next time I buy it, I'll try it heated.
I just happened to buy a bottle of Gangi, and it was featured in the March issue of dancyu 2021.
There were many voices praising the charm of the acidity, but as a sake beginner, I didn't quite understand the acidity of Ganki.
