Rarity is high outside Fukuoka Prefecture.

Slight ginjo aroma.
It has a medium mouthfeel with a soft water content, and is moderately dry, which is rare for Fukuoka sake. It has a good sharpness and a long aftertaste.
It goes well with fried food.
