SHIBATA
I don't need to mention "Toyo Bijin" in my mind now.
It's "Jyundo Ittou", direct kumi-nama 🍶.
White peaches to bananas 🍑, light cemedine in the back
Sweet and tasty ‼️ but the sweetness doesn't drag on😮.
I paired it with a beautiful yellowtail sashimi that ate Toyo Bijin's sake lees, the back side of the fish 🐟.
The sweetness of the sake and the sweetness of the fish go together perfectly 🐟‼️
A miraculous combination and pairing 🍶🐟 without flattery!
