Furosen上撰(山廃仕込)
ばんばんぶー
Purchased at Sake Shop and Cafe Nakamuraya, a sake shop opened in Nishi-ku by Yata, a Japanese sake bar.
There were quite a few classic, full-bodied brands, so maybe it's still too early for me ... . LOL!
Room temperature
It has a lactic aroma and acidity that is typical of Yamahai, with a soft sweetness that quickly fades away.
I think it is similar to Mukai Tenjyo.
Hot (55°C)
The sweetness is boosted, but the alcoholic aroma is also increased, so it still has a good sharpness for its body.
I still think this is the right level of sake quality for drinking hot sake.
