Sekiya Brewery is a sake brewery deep in the mountains of eastern Aichi Prefecture. I tasted "Sora," a sake I had never encountered before, and even if I had, I would have had a hard time getting my hands on it. It has the atmosphere of a simple sake. It is a robust, calm, and generous sake.
Rice polishing ratio 40%, alcohol 15%.
