I forgot my umbrella at the ramen shop yesterday, so I went to get it and had a drink at a standing bar.
We drank a variety of drinks, but the best of the day was Raifuku!
Rich sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but not sticky.
Sophisticated flavor with no cloying or unpleasant tastes.
The gorgeous ginjo aroma is a flower yeast, which is a specialty of Raifuku...but it is actually a No. 9 type!
The taste is so well put together that you can't help but have another one!
But that's all for today, lest I forget my umbrella!
