It's been a while since I've had a Shinshu Kunisake, and this is my third bottle this year 😍 Sogape.
This time it is Lianaturel. It will be made with Miyamanishiki, a pesticide-free Nishiki grown by Ms. Takou.
The previous two bottles were with #6 yeast, but this one is a mixed fermentation of #1-6 yeast. Amazing😳I wonder how she made it?
I was expecting a complex taste, but it's simply juicy and delicious❣️.
It's even more winey than numerosis.
Silky, fresh and sweet. It's a one-of-a-kind taste 😋😋.
Is wine making really your main business? I'm wondering 🤔.
It's not the level of making wine on a lark.
I'm so impressed 🙇.
