Is it really Junmai-shu? It has a sweetness that makes you wonder if it's really junmai.
The description of the product says
"Junmai-shu has a pleasant aroma like lemongrass and a sweet and sour taste like fruit.
The sweet and sour taste is pleasant.
It's not too far off from this description, but
Personally, I found the sweet and sour taste too strong.
It was not as refreshing as I imagined from the package.
