Nanka Yokai
The second bottle was Mimuro Sugi Tokubetsu Junmai Dry, Rohafu. The mouthfeel was like apricots and plums, softer and juicier than the Yamadanishiki we had the last time, with a bit of sweetness and fruitiness. After that, it is stimulating and sharp. The impression is round and dry.
The second day after opening the bottle. The juiciness of the mouthfeel has somewhat decreased, and the dryness of the mouthfeel has become more pronounced. It's refreshing and good too.
I heated a small amount in the microwave to try it out. It was soft, juicy, and sweet, with a hint of richness!
I wondered if it was possible to heat sake that is not recommended to be refrigerated!
Holy crap, I was addicted to 2 or 3 cups!
