The aroma has a distinctive earthy smell? The aroma reminds me of classic aged sake or Tsuchida. There is a very slight bitterness of microcarbonation, but with a hint of sweetness and umami main, but not thick. The overall harmony of umami sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is thin.
