While fruity and refreshing, it has an impressive balance of moderate acidity, umami, and soft sweetness.
As it approaches room temperature, the sweetness increases, making it easy to drink like a white wine.
A distinctive brand with a fairly low acidity level, and the preferred rice is Ihyakuman! It was quite easy to drink, and it was bad enough to drink too much.
We had it with a prayer for good fortune next year.
