My mom and I went to the liquor store because our nigori line was running out. We were also wondering about Mimuro Cedar Nigori, but we dared to go with this one for the first time here 😊 I could have bought both, but I dared to open the cellar, I tried my best 💪.
Well, when I open it, it has a nice poussous aroma 😌, not too sweet, but also refreshing. The top clear glass has minerality, slightly dry, light sweetness, and a firm bitterness in the second half.
