Immediately after opening the bottle, gas started to climb up, but because the bottle was opened without gas, it did not overflow.
On the palate, there is not much sweetness, but a good balance of bitterness and acidity, with a nice gasiness and a nice sharpness for a nigori.
I will probably buy it again next year.
