Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai. Impressed by the cosiness of the ginjo sake I drank last time, I bought Sake Mirai this time.
Fruity, refreshing aroma like white peaches.
Lightly sweet and soft on the palate, the umami spreads out. The flavor is well balanced, sharp and crisp with a firm umami like Sake Mirai.
It was as cosy as ever!
