I got this sake out of the stock after researching what kind of dry junmai sake goes well with soba noodles. With Sayuri Ishikawa's "Tsugaru Kaikyo Fuyunkei" playing at the Record Awards, this is a good sake to go well with New Year's Eve Soba.
