I went to Craft Sake Week today 🍶🤤.
There was a long line and queue!
I could have had a bottle of Jyushiyo, but I couldn't take a picture of it, so I went to Mimuro Sugi, which was the most impressive one.
The aroma of wood & sourness was great!
I was happy to see Hidetoshi Nakata live when I was waiting in line for the tour.
I hope to go back next year 🤤!
