Saketaku August delivery.
This is the Ibaraki Domaine version of Hinode Tsuru. The rice, yeast and water are all produced in Ibaraki.
I drank the regular Hinode Tsuru, but this is the first time in a long time that I tasted a pure Danrei dry sake. It is spicy and very refreshing.
It goes well with squid and shrimp.
