It hasn't been snowing in Kanto yet, but it's getting to be like winter. It's December, and everyone is drinking so much that I can't resist opening it. Open a bottle and pour into a glass and you'll see a meadow? Walla? Smells like. First time. The smell of alcohol? The scent from the glass? First, the supernatant. In the mouth, the pear? A pear? The sweetness like a pang. The crispiness and crisp acidity break it up. It has a dairy-like mellowness to cover it. The back end is very dry. It's crisp. What is this? The clear top layer is too delicious. The anticipation is nodding and tangles the lees. ...Huh? Sweetness? Where's the acid? Where's the dairy factor? The lees have all but disappeared. It sounds crisp and refreshing, but I feel that it is flat and has lost its ups and downs. But it's refreshing and has a bitter finish. Once it got a little hotter, it started to taste sweeter, but... Mmmmm. It tasted better in its supernumerary form! Did I get my hopes up?
