Yamamoto...I've had the blue stuff before.
Pure black is new to me😊.
I've been curious about it for a while now...and I got my wish 🥂.
The aroma is subdued. I've never had a Pure Black before.
The acidity is very distinctive 🍋 it's lively!
But it's not too sour and it helps the sharpness well ✌️.
The bitterness that stings for a moment after swallowing is exquisite❗️
After that, it's like nothing ever happened...
It's a lovely bottle❣️.
Today, I made Yakegyoza 🥟 not Yakigyoza
(I couldn't buy the sake because it was sold out 😭)
Less garlic and more chives😁.
