This is a joint project by seven breweries in Miyagi. This year's leader is the Urakasumi brewery. It had a good balance of sourness and sweetness. The aroma of the sake when the lid was opened was indescribable. I have never been so aware of aroma in sake, so my expectations were high. It was a luxurious taste.
