Sake with a strong traditional rice feel.
On the day I opened it, I didn't like it that much.
When I drank it a few days later, the taste seemed to have settled down, the rice flavor seemed a little lighter, and it was a delicious sake with a great sense of umami.
After that day, it was easy to drink with less alcohol.
