Purchased at Sake no Hirose (Gifu City) during a trip to Gifu
This bottle was introduced to us as a sake that goes well with warmed sake.
When drunk at room temperature, the sake-like rice flavor spreads in the mouth and the sourness lingers down the throat.
When heated up, it has a more nostalgic sake flavor, but it is a little tangy and goes down your throat quickly.
A bottle that can be enjoyed at different temperatures.
