Sake from my hometown Shiga
I had a sake connoisseur friend from work come over, so I was eager to try some sake from Shiga.
This is the first muddy sake I've had, but I had the impression that the Amedare Ishi wo Kakutsu was very tasty.
I thought it would have the richness, depth, and schwarziness of a muddy sake, but it didn't, lol.
But it was still delicious 😋.
It is a very mild and flavorful drink that will keep you coming back for more 🍶.
Then the cake was a surprise 😮.
My daughter and I were born in March and they celebrated 🎂.
